IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY

Here at BOLT Fitness Supply, we are committed to providing exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers, we have implemented the following in-store pick-up policy:

In-Store Pick-Up Option: Customers have the option to select in-store pick-up when placing orders online or in-store. Simply click the In-Store logo at the top right of the page to switch from delivery to pick-up.

Notification: Once your order is ready for pick-up, our customer service representatives will notify you via email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Pick-Up Window: Orders will be available for pick-up during our regular business hours, which are Monday through Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Please refer to our website or contact us directly for our current store hours.

Pick-Up Location: The only location where a customer can pick up an order is at our Showroom at 6415 Allegheny St, Houston, TX 77021. Our staff will retrieve your items from our warehouse and load them onto whichever vehicle you choose. Please make sure that the vehicle you bring to pick up your order has adequate cargo space. Even if you think you have enough room, it’s always a good idea to measure.

Identification: To ensure a secure pick-up process, please bring a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email or receipt with you when collecting your items.

Fulfillment Timeframe: Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. However, certain products or circumstances may affect this timeframe, especially if you order machines or custom equipment. If you need to expedite an order, please contact BOLT customer service before placing it to make sure the delivery or pickup aligns with your timeframe.

Incomplete Orders: When receiving an order, please review it with your sales representative to confirm that all pieces are present and accounted for as we may not be able to ship missing components to a given address for free. Customers may be required to return to our showroom and pick up forgotten items.

Storage Period: We kindly ask that customers pick up their orders within 7 days of receiving notification of their availability. After 7 days, refunds for purchases cannot be issued. However, BOLT will freely store already-purchased equipment for up to 30 days after its purchase. After 30 days of free storage, the order may be subject to cancellation.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to make changes to or cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at (+1)832-767-1363 or ask@boltfitnesssupply.com as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate the changing circumstances of your order.
