The Split Chest Press offers a unique take on traditional chest presses, with unilateral lever arms that allow the user to target each side of their chest independently. It provides the advantage of equal training for both sides, helping to minimize muscular imbalances. The bicycle seat has 14 inches of vertical adjustment to accommodate users of different heights and a backrest that begins at 14 inches and tapers to 9 at the top for a stylish profile. The grips have 5 levels of rotational adjustment, so you can hoist the 254-pound weight bench press from a variety of angles.
