Featuring durable 7, 11, and 14-gauge steel construction, this attachment is designed for athletes who own a bench and want to target their quadriceps with leg extensions or strengthen their hamstrings with leg curls but do not want to purchase a dedicated leg extension/leg curl platform.
This versatile attachment features a 9-inch weight horn compatible with a wide range of weight plates (including our Olympics) and can be adjusted to accommodate athletes of varied heights.
Please note that the Venom Gapless bench is not included. If you order a Blaze Leg Extension and Leg Curl Attachment, you will receive the attachment only.
