Storm Series GEMINI Lateral Raise Chest Fly Combo

Mount the Gemini Lateral Raise Chest-Fly Combo on a Storm Series platform or any rack or rig that features 3-inch-by-3-inch support beams and 1-inch ports to turn a basic fitness platform into a robust and sophisticated exercise machine.

On the top, the Combo attaches to the Storm Series Detachable Coaster. On the bottom, a one-inch-thick 7-gauge-steel bolt anchors it to the rack itself. Once the combo is secured in place, the user can then load its 12-inch weight horns with Olympic plates. We recommend leaving enough space on the ends for safety collars, which will still leave you enough room for 360 pounds of resistance on each side if you are using 45-pound weight plates the size of our Olympics.

Each arm features powder-black paint and chromed grips with light knurling on their independently rotational handles. 13 ports offer 100 degrees of rotational adjustment on each arm, so users can transition from standing flies to standing lateral raises with two very easy pull-pin adjustments. The arms are, furthermore, extendable through 6 ports (or 4.5 inches) to better accommodate users of various heights. The bracing on the bottom is extensive. Two 2-by-3-inch 11-gauge steel beams with 2-inch-thick rubber pads catch the arms at the bottom of the motion.
