The Fang is a big bench.
At 54” x 27” x 18,” it takes a bite out of your floor space. That’s why we recommend that residential users store it in the upright position, but with the size comes added comfort and functionality. At 54 inches in length, even the tallest users can lay back without suspending their heads or tailbones, and the 11-inch-wide backrest gives athletes ample back support even if they don’t pinch their shoulders together on the bench press.
Overall, the backrest gives the user 90 to 180 degrees of vertical adjustment. That's 7 backrest positions and 3 seat positions.
